Yes! Dastaan offers a massive library of content for 100% free, supported by ads. If you prefer an ad-free experience, you can upgrade to our Premium Subscription.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the Dastaan App and go to your "Profile".
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
3. Confirm the prompt. Warning: This action cannot be undone, and your watch history and saved videos will be permanently lost.

All our subscriptions are securely managed by Google Play. To cancel:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select Dastaan and tap Cancel subscription.

Currently, offline downloading is an exclusive feature for our Premium Subscribers. Free users can enjoy streaming content online in high quality.

To upload content, you need to apply for our Creator Panel. Go to the Creator section in the app, fill out your profile details, and submit your application. Once our Admin team approves it, you can start uploading!

We strictly prohibit copyrighted material, explicit content, and violence. All videos uploaded by Creators are monitored. Violating these rules will lead to immediate account suspension.

Kids Mode is a dedicated, safe environment within Dastaan designed for children. When active, it filters out mature content and disables personalized tracking (COPPA compliant) to ensure a 100% safe viewing experience for younger audiences.

Please try the following:

• Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data).
• Clear the app cache from your phone's settings.
• Ensure you are using the latest version of the Dastaan App from the Play Store.
