Welcome to Dastaan. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dastaan mobile application and the associated website (dastaan.fun), operated by Sparrow Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. User Accounts & Registration

Dastaan offers different modes of access, including standard viewing, a dedicated Kids Mode, and an exclusive Creator Panel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Creator Panel & User-Generated Content (UGC)

Dastaan allows approved users ("Creators") to upload and share videos. By applying for and using the Creator Panel, you strictly agree to the following:

• Approval Process: All Creator accounts are subject to review and approval by our Admin team. We reserve the right to reject or revoke Creator status at any time.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: You must NOT upload content that is copyrighted (without permission), sexually explicit, violent, harassing, discriminatory, or promotes illegal acts.
• Admin Rights: Dastaan retains the absolute right to monitor, review, flag, and immediately delete any User-Generated Content that violates our policies. We may permanently ban violating accounts without prior notice.
• License to Dastaan: You retain ownership of your original content. However, by uploading videos, you grant Sparrow Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, and display your content on our platform.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

Dastaan offers Premium Subscriptions to enhance your experience. All payments and subscriptions are handled securely through Google Play Billing:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Because billing is managed by Google Play, all cancellations must be processed through your Google Play Store account settings. Dastaan cannot directly process refunds; you must refer to Google Play's refund policies.

4. Kids Mode Usage

Our app includes a "Kids Mode" designed to filter out adult content and personalized advertising. While we strive to ensure a safe environment, parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for enabling this mode and supervising their children's use of the application.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

To keep the platform free for standard users, Dastaan uses third-party advertising networks like Google AdMob. We also use services like Firebase for analytics and stability. These services are governed by their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.

6. Intellectual Property & App Usage

The Dastaan app, including its original design, source code, logos, and features, belongs entirely to Sparrow Studio. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the app's source code.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data or video content from Dastaan.
• Using the app on rooted or jailbroken devices, which may compromise device security and app functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dastaan is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Sparrow Studio cannot guarantee that the app will always be error-free, secure, or operate without interruptions. We are not liable for any data charges incurred while streaming videos over mobile networks, nor are we liable for the actions or content uploaded by third-party Creators.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the app. Continued use of Dastaan after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
